Benefits of nuts

Fiber, potassium, magnesium, and vitamin B6 are elements that are essential for the body. All these elements are abundant in nuts. But keep in mind that not all types of nuts have all these properties, there are some which are high in calories which can increase your weight.

Butternuts

Butternuts are also known as white nuts. It contains omega-3 fats along with monounsaturated fats, which protect against the risk of type-2 diabetes. Regular consumption of these nuts increases the glow in the skin and eyesight.

Cashew

Almond

Walnut
