So from this, we can understand that low blood sugar may not directly affect your high blood pressure, but if you have other health conditions that increase the severity, you can have problems with high blood pressure. How to control low blood sugar

  1. To control low blood sugar levels, you should include a balanced diet in your diet. Also, green vegetables and fruits should be consumed.
  2. Always carry some snacks when you go out so that you can eat something immediately when you are hungry.
  3. Check your glucose levels from time to time at home to stay updated about your own conditions.
  4. Also, be very careful about those things, which can trigger your low blood sugar level.
  5. Do not take medicines for very high blood sugar levels. This can also cause problems with low blood sugar levels.
