Vegetarians often consume mushrooms to meet the lack of protein in the body. Mushrooms are rich in potassium, carbs, niacin, calcium, folate, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc and iron. Apart from this, mushrooms also contain beta-glucans which are very useful for the body.


Why should we not eat mushrooms because of kidney disease? 

Although the nutrients found in mushrooms are considered very beneficial for health, but in some problems and diseases, its consumption can be harmful. In fact, some properties present in the mushroom work to increase the problems of patients in kidney disease.
