Gooseberry

Amla is very beneficial for the body. Vitamin C present in amla is very good for eyesight. Feeding Amla regularly to children strengthens the immunity of children. To give amla to children, you can feed them sweet murabba, amla candy, or give amla juice to children to drink.

Sweet potato

Sweet potatoes are very beneficial for health. Beta-carotene present in sweet potato helps in sharpening the eyesight. Carrot

Avocado

Avocados are very beneficial for the body. Avocados are rich in potassium, folate, vitamin E, vitamin C, vitamin E, and vitamin A. Avocados are rich in vitamin A, which helps in sharpening the eyesight. Avocado also strengthens the immunity of the body.
