Whatever beverages are sweet, the amount of calories in it is very high. You have to avoid them. Also, you should take plenty of water. Avoid alcohol (wine, beer, and cocktails), sports drinks, sweet tea, flavored coffee, soda, flavored water, vitamin water, etc. If you want to drink flavored water, then you can make it at home and drink it.

  1. Enhance your everyday activities 

For these seven days, you should gear up to work hard. You need to work hard on the total weight loss workout program. That's why you have to intensify your daily physical activities for seven days.
