To get relief from migraine caused due to acidity or any digestive problem, mix an equal quantity of poppy seeds and makhana and make kheer with milk and eat it.

Cloves

When there is migraine pain, you can make and drink clove tea. Similarly, drinking cloves boiled with milk also provides relief from headaches.

This study found that more than 81 percent of people saw relief from headache problems by getting enough sleep alone. Such people admitted that they often took a short nap to relieve headaches and that it made them feel better. Laziness and fatigue felt in winters can also trigger headaches and a good night's sleep can prove to be an effective way to avoid this.
