Maharashtra stands at 4.42% mortality rate after 301 deaths fatalities were registered so far. Meanwhile, the COVID-19 recovery rate in the state was at 14 percent after 957 COVID-19 patients were cured of the infectious disease, according to the data released by the health ministry.
Mumbai confirmed 242 cases on Friday, a 53.6% decline than 522 registered on Thursday.
