Health benefits of muskmelon

Weight loss – They contain almost negligible fat content and little potassium which helps in weight loss. Moderation is the key, it's good to consume this fruit in moderation throughout the summer season. The glycemic index is also low which contributes to your weight loss journey. Being high in water content keeps you hydrated and full.

Manages BP – The potassium content helps in regulating the blood pressure of the body.

Controls diabetes – As it possesses high fiber content and low-fat content, it is good for diabetic people and helps keep their blood sugar under control.
