According to the World Health Organization, complaints of headaches have also been seen in people infected with Kovid-19.

Common headaches are common due to major lifestyle changes.

Headache: Amidst the increasing cases of Kovid-19, people have become very cautious about the safety of their health. At such a time, if someone suffers from a seasonal cold or is troubled by a headache, then it is natural to panic considering it to be a symptom of Kovid. Health experts have also agreed that unbearable or persistent headaches can be a symptom of coronavirus.

According to the World Health Organization, about 14 percent of patients infected with Kovid-19 have symptoms of dry cough, fever, fatigue, loss of smell, etc., along with symptoms of headache. In such a situation, it is not surprising for those who are struggling with this problem to be worried. But according to health experts, there is a difference between a normal headache and a headache in Kovid-19, which can be understood in easy ways.

Common Headache:

Due to the pandemic, most of us are working from our homes, which has also affected our physical fitness. Common headaches are common due to major changes in the lifestyle of people. Nowadays people also get headaches due to less sleep. If you feel that you are getting head one just like before, then you have absolutely nothing to fear. In Kovid-19, along with headache, there are other symptoms as well, we cannot consider it as a covid if there is only a normal headache.

Headache in Covid-19:

If you have an infection, your headache will be different from a normal headache. This will have a very taut feeling around your head, and feel like a pressing sensation. According to experts, this may be due to cytokines that cause swelling and pain in the head.

There can be many reasons behind headaches, which include genetic reasons, excessive smoking, excessive alcohol, lack of water in the body. If you are having a headache in a different way than before, then do not panic, contact the doctor.

The coronavirus is still spreading rapidly around the world, in such a situation, a sneeze, cough, and even a headache increase your anxiety. SARS-CoV-2 i.e. Kovid-19 is wreaking havoc even after almost 10 months, so it is also justified to fear the symptoms in this epidemic. If you are also experiencing more headaches than ever before, you can blame the stress associated with the corona.

Responsibility for household and office work, the fear of losing a job, and then the risk of contracting the virus whenever you step out of the house are some of the situations that can make you experience frequent headaches.
