The temperature of the atmosphere is increasing continuously. In rising temperatures, many people do not have the desire to eat. At the same time, some people like to eat only cold things in this season. In such a situation, many people include many types of drinks in their diet during this season. 

By regularly including Ayurvedic drinks in your diet, you can stay away from many diseases like diabetes, obesity, cholesterol, etc. Let us know how to prepare Ayurvedic cooling drinks at home in summer.

  1. Gulkand Shots

Gulkand shots can be consumed to keep yourself cool in the rising heat. Along with keeping your body cool, it can be helpful in reducing weight. Along with this, it can get rid of problems like mouth ulcers, weak eyesight, stomach gas, fatigue, etc.

To prepare Gulkand shots at home, take 1 glass of milk. Now add 1 teaspoon gulkand to it and blend it well. After this, add a little ice cube to it, pour it into a shot glass and serve it to your family. This will give you instant coolness.

  1. Mint syrup

In the rising heat, you can drink mint syrup to make the mind and body feel cool and refreshed. By drinking mint syrup, summer problems like constipation, diarrhea, fatigue, etc. can be removed.

To prepare mint syrup, take 2-3 glasses of water. Now add some mint leaves and rock salt to it. After that grind all the ingredients well. After that squeeze lemon juice into it and sieve it. Now serve it to your family members.

  1. Kokum Sharbat

Consuming kokum fruit in summer improves your digestion. Also, it cools down your body. Consumption of sherbet prepared from kokum can be very beneficial for your health. 

To prepare Kokum Sharbat, take 2 fresh Kokum fruits. Now cut it finely and take out its seeds. After that grind it well. After that make sugar syrup. Now add the prepared kokum paste and mix it. Now add cumin or cardamom powder according to your taste. Take your kokum syrup is ready. Now serve it by pouring it into an earthen glass.

  1. Pan Shots

Paan shots can be very good for your health in the summer. It can be beneficial for you to feel cool in the rising heat.

To prepare paan shots at home, give some betel leaves to make paan shots. Now break it into small pieces. After this, add 3 spoons of gulkand, 1 spoon of grated coconut, 1 spoon of fennel, 2 spoons of sugar, and 1/4 cup of water and grind it in a mixer grinder. After grinding all the ingredients well, serve it by pouring it into a shot glass.

You can consume these drinks to keep the body cool in summer. However, if you are allergic to any of these things, then consume it only on the advice of a doctor or dietician.
