Clean your toxins and attain a healthy balanced life today. It is important to cure constipation and Ayurveda has great remedies and tips for it.

Pitta dosha is the cause of constipation and indigestion, according to Ayurveda, balance it in these 5 ways

Due to constipation, the person's stomach is not cleaned properly. Indigestion and gas problems are also associated with the stomach. In Ayurveda, it is believed that stomach problems occur due to pitta dosha. To remain healthy, the balance of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha in our bodies is essential. Pitta represents the fire in our bodies. When there is an imbalance of pitta in the body, the digestive fire decreases, due to which your food is not digested properly. This is the reason why a person suffers from stomach problems when he has pitta dosha. If you are also troubled by constipation, acidity, indigestion, or any other stomach problem for a long time, then in these 5 ways you can balance the pitta dosha in your body.

Drink more water

Lack of water disrupts many functions of the body. Constipation, acidity patients should drink a glass of lukewarm water first thing in the morning. Due to this, your stomach is cleaned more thoroughly during defecation and you do not have to put much force in defecation.

Don't eat sour foods

Acidic acid is present in sour foods. Even if you consume more sour things, you may have stomach problems and this disturbs the balance of pitta. Therefore, if you are troubled by stomach diseases like constipation, gas, indigestion, etc., then do not eat sour things. For example, pickles, citrus fruits, citrus juices, mangoes etc.

Don't eat too much salt

Some people love such packaged foods, which have high salt content such as chips, papad, noodles, pickles etc. Eating too much salt can also cause pitta dosha in your body. So eat less salty things.

Eat fiber foods

The problem of constipation occurs because your stomach is not cleaned properly. Therefore, patients with constipation should consume fiber-rich foods. Eating a fiber-rich diet flushes out the dirt accumulated in your intestines and you do not have to strain much during bowel movements. Fibrous foods include coarse grains such as maize, barley, gram, wheat, etc. Apart from this, fiber is also found in abundance in fresh fruits, vegetables etc. If you have a complaint of constipation, then you should not eat food made from maida at all.

Don't eat spicy food

Some people take great pleasure in eating chili-spicy food. Spices are beneficial for our body in small amounts. But if you use too much chili spice, then you may suffer from constipation and stomach problems. Therefore, do not consume junk foods, fast foods, etc. found in the market at all. Instead, eat fresh food made at home.
