Stress can have a negative impact on your heart. A stressed individual is more at risk of heart attacks. It is because stress causes one’s heart to pump aggressively and constrict their blood vessel.

Researchers at the University of Miami found that stress causes people to eat 40% more. Binge-eating and stressed eating become common when one is under pressure.

Stress weakens your immunity’s strength and makes you vulnerable to diseases and illnesses. The chance of gaining heart diseases, obesity, stroke, mental illnesses and more significantly increases.

Stress Speeds up Ageing
