Speaking in a function in Bengaluru yesterday he said that present COVID-19 pandemic situation had shown how the virus was able to act differently on each person and hence the health risk needs to be analyzed on an individual basis rather than with a community perspective.  He further said that there is a very vast scope to use artificial intelligence to create a large platform to provide a good quality health service at an affordable cost to every citizen of the nation.
