This is special for those of you who have diabetes, a friendly diet plan, what to eat and what not to eat when you have diabetes. With these tips, you can successfully control the sugar levels and achieve victory over diabetes

A diabetic patient should pay special attention to his food such as "what should a patient with diabetes eat and what should not" and a diet plan should be determined for him. For this, we will advise the sugar patient to adopt its diet plan or chart. So that your sugar level remains under control.

Between 6:00 am to 7:00 am

Soak fenugreek seeds in water at night, and drink this water in the morning, and eat the remaining fenugreek seeds. If available, take aloe vera juice.

Those who have the habit of drinking tea every day. He can drink tea without sugar and eat a biscuit with a salty one.

Breakfast should be between 8:00 to 9:00

While having breakfast, you can use oatmeal, milk, fruits like sev, orange, guava, pear, cucumber, as well as egg, sprouted gram can be taken. If you do not want to drink milk, you can use curd or buttermilk instead.

Lunchtime at 1:00

For lunch, eat wheat bread, lentils, green vegetables, a cup of salad like cucumber, onion, carrot beet, etc. To get more nutritious roti, make roti by mixing gram, millet flour in wheat. If you want to eat rice, then use brown rice only, avoid eating potatoes.

Mid-afternoon snack at 4:00 pm

If there is a feeling of hunger in the evening, then the person suffering from diabetes should eat one or two loaves of bread with tea without sugar. If the amount of sugar is less, then a little sugar can be used in the tea.

Evening juice at 6:00 pm

Use spinach, fenugreek, or bitter gourd juice.

Dinner between 8:00 and 8:30

Good doctors say that it is okay for a patient with sugar to eat food two to three hours before sleeping at night. So, eat food on your own time. We have to eat food at night like our lunch, if possible, reduce one roti, because if the dinner is a little less then it is fine.

Before bedtime

Those who have the habit of drinking tea before sleeping, do not use sugar in tea and use only double-toned milk. You can opt for green tea too. 

Walk for at least 30 minutes before going to bed, because in a patient with diabetes, it is difficult to digest food due to low insulin levels. Daily walks increase insulin secretion.
