Foods for Healthy Eyesight for Children

1. Amla

2. Orange

Orange is also very beneficial for the eyes, you can include all kinds of citrus fruits in your diet because vitamin C in citrus fruits acts as an antioxidant, this not only improves eyesight but also reduces the appearance of eyes with age. There is also a miraculous solution to problems.

3. Carrot Juice

Perhaps you will be surprised to know that carrot juice is not only beneficial for health but can also remove glasses from the eyes. (carrots good for eyes) If you have to use glasses to see many small and big things, then drink 1 big glass of carrot juice every morning with breakfast, if you do this work regularly then soon your glasses will land.

4. Almonds

To increase eyesight, soak 2 almonds in 2 bowls of water every night at night and eat it after peeling it in the morning. .

5. Salmon Fish

Along with salmon fish, fish like trout, tuna, and herring are very beneficial for improving eyesight as these fish are rich in omega 3 and fatty acids which help a lot in providing protection to the eyes. 6. Green Leafy Vegetables

7. Vitamin intake

Vitamins are very beneficial for the eyes as well as the body Include a diet rich in E. Along with this, eating peanuts, juice, milk and things made from milk also benefits.

8. Avocado

Let us tell you that the amount of lutein in avocado is high. Lutein is known as a carotenoid vitamin that eliminates the effect of cataracts and maintains eyesight.
