Get Enough Sleep

To get rid of dark circles good sleep is most important. The main reason for having dark circles is also lack of sleep or less sleep. In the modern lifestyle, some people sleep late at night, due to which their sleep is not complete till morning, as a result, dark circles start under the eyes. At least 8 hours of good sleep should be taken in a day.

Eat a Balanced Diet

Dark circles can also occur due to a lack of essential vitamins, minerals, and proteins in the body, so you must take a balanced diet. For vitamins, you can consume fruits and green vegetables and for protein, you can use eggs, milk, cheese, lentils, almonds, etc. Proteins and vitamins are very beneficial for our skin.

Avoid strong sunlight

Keep your eyes away from strong sunlight and wear dark glasses before going out in the sun. The harmful rays of the sun take away all the glow of the skin in a few seconds and also put a lot of pressure on the eyes.

Protect eyes from pollution and dust

Pollution and dust are also some of the reasons for the dark circles under the eyes. Due to pollution and dust, dust starts accumulating under the eyes, due to which the skin under the eyes starts to darken.

The best way to avoid this is that whenever you come from outside, first of all, splash cold water on the eyes. Splashing cold water removes all the dirt inside the eyes and it also gives relief to the eyes 

Do not smoke and consume alcohol

Dark circles are also caused by excessive smoking and alcohol consumption, so if you want to remove dark circles forever, then you have to stop consuming them. Smoking and excessive consumption of alcohol are injurious to our overall health.

Keep Body Hydrated

To cure dark circles, keep your body hydrated and drink plenty of water throughout the day. Drink at least 3 to 4 liters of water a day. Along with this, you should consume fluids and such fruits and vegetables in which water is high in quantity. Such fruits and vegetables include cucumber, watermelon, pineapple, papaya, and orange, etc.

Don't Stress

One of the main causes of dark circles is stress. The effect of stress or stress is clearly visible on our face, due to taking more stress, the face loses its glow, and dark circles also emerge from it. To relieve stress, do meditation, read books, take a short walk in the open air and do your favorite work.
