Guidelines for the frequent travelers on vacation and work

Karishma Shah informs “There are some specific guidelines on traveling as follows

Eat local food when you are traveling.  Explore the culture of the place.  Carry some healthy foods with yourself.  Use local transport Walk and exercise during traveling  Explore new places and stay fit by staying active.  Use taxi and bus if traveling for long-distance  Try to walk for a short distance Explore the place in a local and traditional way.

Precautions to be taken while traveling

Karishma Shah says, “Our small intestine which is called the gut is the second brain of our body. The gut maintains the good bacteria flora. When we tend to change the location and the water diet, there is a shift in the gut bacteria based on one environment. It takes time to adjust to a new place. This is very common. Incorporate the following-

Include Probiotics while traveling  Probiotics are available in form of sachets or pills  Consume one probiotic sachet or pill  This will adjust the good bacteria in the body  Rest well for 2 days after traveling  Do not start working immediately. Take care of diet for better immunity levels.  Eat normal food Consumer probiotics for 2 days more after traveling

This will help people who suffer from a weak gut, low immunity, and allergies.

A healthy balanced diet during vacation

Ujwal Rathod says, “When on vacation, physical activity and movement is a must to keep yourself active. You do not become lazy by focusing on enjoyment. You at least need one activity in the day like walking, jogging, or home workout. An exercise routine is a must with a good healthy diet. We do understand that you cannot follow a healthy diet on vacation. You should eat the right things at the right time. You need a balanced diet on vacation to enjoy food and time. This will help you stay consistent for a healthy life. Follow your “macros” timely.

Know all about macros or macronutrient

Ujwal Rathod says, “To plan your meals accordingly on vacation, you should know the following-

Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) Weight and height

Meditation, yoga, and reiki during vacation

Ujwal Rathod says, “Yoga is the key to be healthy right now. It keeps you fit from the inside. With gym workouts, you can work on your physique, keep fit, and look appealing. Meditation will help your brain function to revive. It all starts with the mind. You need to take the “cortisol hormone” which is also called the stress hormone. Yoga should be the eternal part of your daily routine and 30 mins of yoga is a must every morning. This will keep your mind relax and help you go in the right direction. Remember, “Yoga Se Hoga”
