How to prepare your child for exams?

  1. Eat a Healthy Diet

To reduce stress, you advise the child to do meditation. Apart from this, you should give a healthy diet to the child, you should include fiber-rich foods in your child's diet.

By focusing on these simple tips, you can give your child a healthy environment for competitive exams. Keep in mind one thing that does not force the child too much for performance, this can create pressure on him and the child will feel stressed.
