Suki.AI receives $55 million from March Capital - Medicircle

The health-tech startup, Suki.AI Inc, has raised a whopping $55 million in its Series C funding round led by March Capital and with additional support from Philips Ventures.

The health-tech startup, Suki.AI Inc, has raised a whopping $55 million in its Series C funding round led by March Capital and with additional support from Philips Ventures.

The company was started by former Google and Flipkart product leader Punit Soni. It started in 2017, with the aim of becoming the Google for doctors. The venture is tied with Google to expand its business.

Suki provides AI-powered voice solutions. Its flagship product is Suki Assistance and its proprietary voice platform is named as Suki Speech Service. Suki uses natural language and gives accurate medical notes and fulfils tasks diligently.

They help physicians complete documentation and other administrative tasks 76% faster on average. 

They received $5 million by Bradley Horowitz in the seed round. They gained $15 million in their series A round by Venrock and $20 million in series B round by Flare Capital Partners.

This round saw investment from Venrock, Flare Capital, inHealth Ventures and Breyer Capital. Angel investors like Pankaj Patel, Andrew Deutsch and Russel Farscht also participated.

Suki will use this funding to make strategic investments that will lead to an expansion of its user base through new and existing partnerships Suki.AI also has plans to enter the Indian market in 2022.
