More cases are detected now India has 39 infected with Covid 19

In the coronavirus-hub,Kerala, a three-year-old is tested positive for coronavirus, that turns the total number of affected people in the country to 40. The child was on a trip to Italy and underwent thermal screening upon returning at Kochi airport.

The family was isolated in quarantine at a hospital where the child developed the symptoms. The samples of the child tested positive after they were sent for examination at the National Institute of Virology lab at Alappuzha. Parents’ sample is also being testedThis is the sixth active case of coronavirus in Kerala.


Meanwhile, an Iran-returned 76-year-old man reportedly died in Ladakh after showing up symptoms acute to the coronavirus outbreak that has taken around 40 people under its bout. He, a retired policeman, was admitted to a hospital on Saturday night and his death prompted authorities to take clinical precision that include cordoning off his village.


According to officials in the Ladakh administration, the man was admitted with conditions linked to a COVID-19 infection. Authorities however waited for final test results, complementing to his other health issues to arrive at the decision that he was indeed affected by a coronavirus.The two people of age 65 and 75 years were the first cases of coronavirus reported in India's northernmost union territory on Saturday.


Responding to the threat all schools and colleges in Ladakh have been asked to stay closed till March 31.
West Bengal too reported a similar case where a man kept in isolation in the Murshidabad district died on Sunday. This man was detected with suspected symptoms of coronavirus soon after he returns from Saudi Arabia.
