The body gets Vitamin D from the sun. These days newborn babies are not exposed to the morning sunlight due to various reasons including the trend of joint family, modern lifestyle, and apartment culture in many cities. For children to get enough vitamin D, it is necessary that if possible, before bathing young children, they should be massaged with oil in the morning sun from nine to eleven o'clock and after that, they should be covered with clothes for a short time. Put it in the sun.

By diet:

Vitamin D deficiency in new mothers or pregnant women can also be met through foods. By the way, vitamin D3 is found in most non-vegetarian foods. Talking about vegetarian food, vitamin D3 is found in mushrooms, cheese, milk, yogurt, juice, and some cereals.
