Eating right is more important than exercising to lose weight

If you thought going to gym, doing your cardio, treadmill, lunges, aerobics etc. will make you lose weight, then think again. Without a proper diet to supplement your exercises, all your hard will go down the drain.

Then again, you don’t need to spend a fortune by joining a gym to lose weight. A 30-minute work-out at home aided by balanced diet an give you same results. You can do lunges, one leg push-ups, lower body twisting, prisoner squat and spiderman push-ups at home, and expect lose a kilo a week.
