Many times, due to lack of nutritious food, your body is not able to develop properly or weight does not increase. Apart from this, your obesity does not reduce due to taking the wrong way of diet. Balance Diet

In the morning breakfast, you must have carbohydrates, proteins, healthy fats, vegetables, and whole grains on your plate. Not having breakfast on time

Many people are not able to have breakfast on time due to waking early or getting up late and they have breakfast at lunchtime. Gas and indigestion may occur in such people. Due to a delay in breakfast, you tend to overeat, so breakfast in the morning can affect your whole day.

Not having breakfast

Many people skip breakfast in the morning in order to lose weight. This can damage your digestive system and cause diarrhea, gas, and indigestion. Along with this, the intestine can also become weak and the digestion of food is not done properly and you also do not get proper sleep.

Taking Juice Only

Many people drink only juice in the morning in a hurry to go to the office or to lose weight and do not eat properly throughout the day. In such a situation, you may have many diseases.

Consuming only carbohydrates

Not taking in enough protein

Taking Caffeine for Breakfast

Many people like to wake up in the morning and drink coffee or tea. This adversely affects their health. Tea or coffee contains substances such as caffeine or tannins, which do not allow your body to absorb calcium and iron properly and this can weaken your bones.

Apart from this, you should prepare a breakfast menu for yourself for each day and eat breakfast accordingly so that all the nutrients can be obtained. If you have a habit of drinking tea or coffee, then you can take it 2-3 hours after eating. Always try to have breakfast well.
