Eating right is more important than exercising to lose weight

If you thought going to gym, doing your cardio, treadmill, lunges, aerobics etc. will make you lose weight, then think again. Without a proper diet to supplement your exercises, all your hard will go down the drain.

A lot t of people go walking or go to the gym to burn 300 calories. But soon after completing their exercise routine they have a cup of cappuccino and biscuits. This is in fact losing what you gained from exercising. You have actually taken in more calories than what you lost on the treadmill.

The biggest mistake people make is overeating at night. They have healthy breakfast, a salad at lunch and then get home in the evening and all hell breaks loose. It’s important therefore that of you wish to shift your weight you need to make sure you get your diet right.

Then again, you don’t need to spend a fortune by joining a gym to lose weight. A 30-minute work-out at home aided by balanced diet an give you same results. You can do lunges, one leg push-ups, lower body twisting, prisoner squat and spiderman push-ups at home, and expect lose a kilo a week.
