New cases of Covid19 in Gujarat are constantly falling. 810 new cases have been detected in the state during the last 24 hours.

According to the state health department, the recovery rate further improved and reached up to 94.02 percent.

The total number of Covid 19 cases detected so far in Gujarat has reached up to 2,42,655.

Out of these, 2,28,144 patients recovered. 1016 patients recovered during the last 24 hours. 

More than 94.90 lakh tests have been carried out in the state till date. 

Maximum of 174 new cases reported from Ahmedabad, while Surat recorded 149 new cases.

At present total, active cases in the state are 10223, out of which 61 patients are on a ventilator.

Six patients died on Monday taking the total deaths due to Covid19 up to 4288
