How to get tested for bone and joint problems

Its most important test is the Bone Density Test. Because from this it is known how solid or light the bone of your body is, in addition to this, the bone of the waist, hip, heel, wrist or fingers of the hand are also specially examined through X-ray, this is called Also called DXA (Dual Xray Absorptiometry), this is done by placing a bone between two X-ray tubes. According to this, whatever the solidity record of the bone is, it is compared with the standard data, it is also called T-score, if your T-score is above 2.5 then there is nothing to worry about and You do not have any bone-related disease.

Although there are many other technologies to check Bon Density, such as Single X-ray and nowadays your Bone Density is also checked with CT scan and Ultrasound, but most of the people around the world get tested by DXA only. Because people consider it better.
By the way, if you get the amount of vitamin D and calcium in your blood tested, then it can also detect the strength of your bones, but the doctor tells you this checkup only after DXA.
Whatever symptoms we have told you about this disease, if you have any of these symptoms, then you should get a DXA test done after consulting a doctor.

Bone and Joint Treatment

If you want that you never have to face this disease, then you should exercise daily, due to which our bones remain strong and if you want that your children should also be saved from this disease, then you should also take care of your children. The habit of exercising should be made, due to which their bones will be strong since childhood and they will not have to face such problems in old age. Walk as much as possible because walking works all our bones, due to which they never hurt and they remain strong for a long time.

You should never allow calcium deficiency in your body, because if our bones are not strong, then the main reason is only calcium because it makes our bones strong even from yesterday, so you should consume such a diet in which calcium is rich. It is found in quantity, such as milk curd cheese and if you are a non-vegetarian, then you can also consume eggs and meat to fulfill calcium because calcium is also found in abundance in them.
You should spend 15 to 20 minutes in the sun daily because we get vitamin D from the rays of the sun, which makes the bones strong in our body, so we must sit in the sun.
You must consume soybean in your food because a lot of calcium is also found in soybean which makes our bones strong.

You should consume such nutrients in which proteins and vitamins are found in abundance because those elements supply all the nutrients in our body, due to which we remain healthy and various parts of our body get strong. If you take any medicine, then do not take that medicine without the advice of a good doctor, because there is excessive consumption of medicine or there are some medicines which weaken our bones in the disease, That is why we should take medicines after consulting the doctor after thinking carefully.
