In Tripura, 172 fresh cases were registered for Corona virus infections while 371 patients were discharged after recovery in the past 24 hours. Also, with the death of four patients yesterday, the total death toll rose to 320.

The latest State COVID-19 Bulletin reported that the total number of infected people rose to 29,031 out of the total 4,24,150 samples tested so far.

Officials said that so far 25,742 patients have been recovered from Corona virus infections while 2,943 patients are presently undergoing treatment.

In the state, the recovery rate of COVID-19 has further improved to 88.74 per cent. The fatality rate presently stands at 1.10 per cent.
