73 new COVID-19 cases include a three-year-old Indian girl in Singapore in a day that surge the count to over 600. Presently, the total number of cases in Singapore is 631, the health ministry said. 38 people of 73 new cases bear travel history to Europe, North America, ASEAN and other parts of Asia, while the rest were locally transmitted cases.
PAP Community Foundation (PCF) Sparkletots in Fengshan, a kindergarten centre is linked to eighteen coronavirus positive cases. PCF centres that are operated as pre-schools by the ruling People's Action Party, will remain shut for 4 days from Thursday.
Reportedly among the 18 cases linked to the kindergarten centre, 14 were staff members, including the principal. The other four are related to the principal's family members.
