4 Ways of Living with Extraordinary Energy of the Mind

Modifying how to look at life, the habit of not just asking God but also saying “thankyou God”, thinking about possibilities and the habit of always believing in your personal goodness and the goodness of mankind would help you get abundant energy of leading life even when the mundane-ness of things is pulling you down

We lose out on the zeal for living and just breathe sometimes. Life is not meant to be this way. Life is meant to be lived with abundant and extraordinary energy. How to keep this replenished always is the question. Try adopting these simple, cost free remedies and add fresh energy to your years on this beautiful planet.

1. Modify your mindset – Do not always be a fearful thinker. Add creativity to your mindset. You can add more energy to your life if you start viewing your life situation with a dash of changed mindset that views problems and roadblocks differently, that gets charged up by little hindrances of life instead of losing cool. How you react to your situations is a significant way of having more energy or losing it every now and then.

2. Fall in the habit of saying thank-you to the almighty – When we close our eyes to pray to God, all that we do is repeating what we want, which is in a way making our minds remind of the things that are lacking in our life. If you are in the habit of requesting God to fulfil your needs, you will probably not come out of it as the mind has got conditioned to do so since our childhood but you can certainly make your prayers longer by adding “thankyou” to it for all that you have recently achieved. Unconsciously your mind will start getting the perspective of the positives and there will be more energy in you that would come from this positivity.

3. Dream about what you want to attain – If you constantly start dreaming about what you want to attain, your energies would get charged towards that goal. That goal and your dreams would start attracting each other like a magnetic force over the course of time. You would be energized with the positivity that dreams of achievement brings to mind and then when they start maturing if not wholly then at least partially, you will be elated. Attaining something partially is far energizing than thinking negatively and not attaining anything at all. Dreaming of possibility would re-ignite your energy.

4. Don’t stop believing in goodness – We are surrounded by a sea of negativities but that should not stop you from believing in the goodness in mankind. Just remember that it's just that anything negative is more sensational in nature and hence it gets reported and comes to you faster. But there are good things happening around too. Find those and charge-up yourself. Get inspired by the power of goodness and practise goodness in yourself. Empower your energy with your positives and the positives around. Look at the people who have realized their potential. Take cues from them. You will find energy getting replenished in you to do the same.
