Amidst the Coronavirus crisis and as the Airlines remains grounded passengers are complaining that instead of the refunds they are providing them with future travel vouchers which according to the passengers may not be utilized at all as the reason and objectivity of travel may not exist after the lockdown is over and things gets back to normal.

US government recently has ordered all the airlines for refund instead of travel vouchers but Indian Aviation Ministry is yet to decide what airlines should do in this hour of crisis.
