Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain has said that as per the instruction of the central government, the Delhi government has prepared these 89 sites which are different hospitals of Delhi.

Delhi government has finalized 89 hospitals for the first phase of Covid vaccination. Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain has said that as per the instruction of the central government, the Delhi government has prepared these 89 sites which are different hospitals of Delhi.

Out of these 89 hospitals, 40 hospitals are of the government and 49 are private hospitals. He said the vaccines for the COVID-19 will start arriving between 12th January to 14th January. The Minister said Delhi Government has prepared a very robust storage system to keep the COVID-19 vaccine.

Mr. Jain said, in the first phase of the COVID-19 vaccination the government will focus on the healthcare workers, frontline workers, and then the people of age above 50. He said Delhi has 2, 25,000 healthcare workers who will get the vaccination
