The Bengaluru-based company, Dozee offers remote monitoring solutions. It has raised Rs 71.3 crore or around $10 million in funding from Gokul Rajaram. This is an extension of their Series A round.
Last year in July the company had raised $6 million in its Series A funding round led by existing investor Prime Venture Partners. In 2020, they had raised Rs 125 million in their Venture Round by 3one4 Capital, Prime Venture Partners and YourNest Venture Capital.
Dozee was founded by Mudit Dandwate and Gaurav Parchani in 2015. Dozee is India’s first Contactless Health companion. It has been supported by multiple esteemed organizations like the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Government of India, Qualcomm and more.
It provides remote health monitoring devices and solutions that help track one's heart health, breathing, stress levels and sleep quality. They have a health intelligence module that helps detect early signs of health risks and deteriorations.
They have offered their services to over 250 hospitals and have helped over 45,000 patients. It plans to upgrade its remote health monitoring system to 1000 hospitals in India. Dozee proved to be 98.4% accurate as a medical-grade device and was launched in India in 2019.
