FirstCure Health raised $350K in the Pre-Seed funding round

Noida-based healthcare startup FirstCure Health (FirstCure), makes advanced surgical care available to all by providing the right doctors

FirstCure Health recently raised $350K in the Pre-Seed funding round. The round has seen participation from various angel investors.

Recently, the startup launched a network offering healthcare services. In addition to mentorship from his family of senior reputed doctors and entrepreneurs, Nikhil Bansal (a Chartered Accountant and Harvard Business School alumni) founded his startup to make modern surgery convenient, seamless, and affordable.

FirstCure will use the funding to intensify its concentration of Healthcare Services offerings, both geographically and operationally. Further, with the commitment of another $300 K in the next 6 months, the startup plans to expand its presence strongly in North India and enter the Southern regions of India by the end of the year.

FirstCure Health, founded in 2021 by Nikhil Bansal, offers multi-specialty healthcare services by bringing together some of the most qualified surgeons and utilizing the most advanced medical techniques at affordable prices while making sure the patient is well taken care of at every stage and that the experience is hassle-free. It understands that a surgery need can be stressful. That’s why FirstCure wants its users to focus only on getting better and leave everything else to them.

This startup company provides a range of medical services under one roof and specializes in elective procedures in fields such as proctology, laparoscopy, ENT, gynecology, urology, orthopedics, ophthalmology, and cosmetology.

In December 2021, FirstCure opened two hospitals and a few doctors and specialties in Bhopal. By April 2022, it had 40 surgeons, 40 hospitals, and clinics catering to 50 types of treatments in New Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, and Bhopal.

The founder of FirstCure Health, Nikhil Bansal, spoke about plans for expansion and funding. He stated, "We want to utilize the incoming funding to strengthen our presence, improve our offerings, and help our customers.". By providing the right treatment by the right doctors at the right price at a hospital near the user, we want to be a healthcare provider of choice which people from India and outside India trust for high-quality safe surgeries at the right prices."
