Taking an empty stomach in the morning will be more beneficial. This is the best remedy for heart patients, you can try it for a few days. Take turmeric bales, not turmeric powder. Make a powder by drying these lumps. You will need a mixer to grind the powder. Grind it. The powder is ready. Take this powder in a quarter of a spoon. Consume it with lukewarm water. It can remove any kind of obstruction in the arteries of the heart. If you want your heart to be healthy throughout the years, then take mint and basil. Keep in mind that these leaves have to be eaten only in the morning. Chewing these leaves also does not cause blockage. You can survive a heart attack.
