Himachal Pradesh has recorded a decrease in covid-19 infection and related deaths.

The number of active cases in the state has fallen to 4442, which was around 8300 at the end of last month.

While there have been only four deaths due to covid19 in the last 24 hours, which is a quarter of the mortality recorded in November last.

It may be recalled that during the last November a sharp increase in Covid infection and related deaths was observed.

Meanwhile, the total number of people who tested positive for Covid 19 in the state is 53019.

However, 47653 patients also recovered from the infection. The state has recorded 877 deaths, so far.
