If you have poor vision both near and far, then you should use glasses with multifocal lenses. In this spectacle, one part is focused to see distant things while the other part is used for reading or looking at close things. Glasses with multifocal lenses are also used for people with farsightedness.

Those people who wear these glasses, who do not see the nearby things clearly. By the age of 40 to 60, near vision becomes weak.
