In Maharashtra, the number of COVID-19 cases is increasing at an alarming speed. On Monday alone there were around 120 cases reported, primarily from Mumbai and Pune, raising the total number to 868. There were 7 more death cases from Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane and Vasai, including a nine-month pregnant woman, increasing the toll count to 52 in the State.
