Myrobalan benefits for stomach and gastric problems

Myrobalan for stomach

Myrobalan is effective in curing diseases like constipation, piles, a stomach infection, diarrhea, stomach worms, gas problem in the stomach, acidity, stomach ulcer, dysentery, etc. Drinking milk after eating myrobalan marmalade before sleeping at night clears the stomach in the morning.

Consumption of myrobalan increases appetite improves digestion and helps the intestines to absorb nutrients from food. If you have eaten more food, then to avoid indigestion, suck 1 myrobalan after eating.

Benefits of Myrobalan for constipation

Myrobalan is a laxative. Laxative substances act to clean the stomach. To remove constipation, take a small myrobalan with big cardamom and black pepper. The ratio of Harad: Big Cardamom: Black pepper should be 2:1:0.5.

Another remedy is to take Bahera with ground sugar candy. It is very effective in curing constipation. The ratio of Myrobalan: Bahera: Mishri should be 1:2:1.5.

Stomach problems 

Stomach pain, burning sensation in the stomach: Make a powder by grinding myrobalan and carom seeds, rock salt, asafoetida in the ratio 4:2:1:1. Taking 1 teaspoon of this with water is useful to end the problem of pain, burning, gas.

Stomach cramps and dry gooseberry: Make a powder by grinding the peel of big Myrobalan and carom seeds, white cumin seeds equally. Take this churan with curd or buttermilk twice a day, you will get relief.

Loose motion:

Fry 4-5 myrobalan rhubarb in pure ghee. Make its powder and take it with sugar candy twice a day.

Myrobalan for Piles 

Take 2-4 grams of myrobalan powder with jaggery twice a day. This will remove constipation and get rid of piles. There is also a solution that boils the myrobalan in water, when it cools down a bit, then drink it. To cure piles of warts, drink 1 teaspoon powder of small myrobalan mixed with buttermilk.

Myrobalan for weight loss

Myrobalan works to remove toxins from the body. It reduces excess fat by correcting metabolism, which leads to weight loss. Try this remedy, it will help in losing weight fast.

For weight loss, boil 6 grams of haritaki powder in 1 glass of water. When it reduces to half, switch off the gas and let it cool down. Mix 1 teaspoon of honey in it and drink it on an empty stomach every day.

Other remedies and uses from Myrobalan

Pitta disorders: If one feels a burning sensation all over the body and gets relief in a cold environment, then it is a symptom of Pitta disorder. To cure these symptoms, take 3-6 grams powder of myrobalan after grinding sugar candy in milk and mix it with sweet milk.

Vomiting or Nausea: If there is nausea or vomiting or nausea, then taking myrobalan powder with honey provides relief.

Spleen enlargement –  Myrobalan can be taken for spleen enlargement: Taking 2-4 grams powder of myrobalan with sugar or sugar cures enlarged spleen. The spleen or spleen works to filter the blood.

Burning in urine: Mix 2-5 grams of myrobalan powder with 1 teaspoon honey and take it twice a day.
