Around 500 COVID-19 cases have been reported in India so far according to data issued by Health Ministry on Tuesday. The precise data shows that the total number of COVID-19 cases rose to 492, which includes 446 active cases.
India counts nine deaths and the total number of Coronavirus infected cases also include 41 foreigners. Maharashtra reported two casualties while seven deaths earlier were reported from West Bengal, Himachal Pradesh, Bihar, Karnataka, Delhi, Gujarat and Punjab.
Thirty-seven people have been cured or discharged or migrated. There is a increase of 22 cases since Monday night that brings the count to 446 on Tuesday.
