▴ Nepal announces complete lockdown till 31st March
Nepal to go in lockdown mode

Nepal responded responsibly to the announcement of complete lockdown by the government till March 31. Except few ambulances and water tankers plying across city of Kathmandu, the roads are completely deserted and no individuals are allowed to step out until March 31.

The government has strictly prohibited citizens from coming out of their houses from 24 March 31 March, except those involved in essential services. The prohibition also halt all public transportation services, cancels domestic air flight until March 31, reveals Deputy Prime Minister and Defense Minister, Ishwar  Pokharel.

This is in accordance to the Infectious Disease Control Act, 2020 and anyone found violating the order will be punished as per the same Act.
