We understand with rumors coming up on the internet and many people following social media, everyone is confused about the corona pandemic. We have tried solving some common questions on this platform.

All kinds of questions arise in the mind of a corona-infected patient like- how to be cured? what to eat How to stay safe? etc., the answers to some such questions are given below-

Looks like I am corona infected, what should I do?

If you think that you have come under the grip of coronavirus, then without delay, lock yourself in an empty room where no one can come and go. If you feel difficulty in breathing or any other symptoms, then contact the doctor, call an ambulance to go to the hospital.

I am corona infected what should I eat for breakfast?

If you are infected, then have a person to take care of you, in the morning breakfast you can eat biscuits and eggs with red tea, apart from this drink a glass of turmeric milk.

Does the infection spread through food?

Yes, the infection can spread even from a drop, so be careful in eating, keep your utensils separate, wash hands with soap for about 20 seconds before eating.

Who is more at risk of infection, my mother takes care of, is she also at risk from me?

If you are infected and isolated, keep your mother away from you as the risk of the corona is higher in older people. If your mother takes care of you, get the items given by her outside the door and pick them up after she leaves.

Can I eat non-veg in Corona?

Yes, if you eat meat and fish, then you can consume non-veg, but keep in mind that keep your distance from red meat because it has a bad effect on the immune system.

What should not be eaten?

Corona patients should not consume maida, fried food, junk food, and cold things. Apart from this, distance should be maintained from chips, packet juice, cold drinks, cheese, butter, mutton, fried, processed, etc. If you eat non-veg, then completely ignore red meat as it weakens the immune system.

What symptoms are seen in the body in order to confirm Omicron?

If any of the following symptoms are seen in the body, then you should contact the doctor immediately-

Muscle pain Mild fever Both Smell and Taste Active Sore throat Tiredness Headache Asymptomatic in some people
