Reasons why you are not gaining weight

Thinking of weight gain and not being able to do so? Here are some scientific reasons why you are not gaining weight. If you are still not gaining weight in spite of using weight gain supplements and still there is no difference, there could be some reason for this.

Many people are worried about their thin body because, in a healthy body, personality looks good. We can wear whatever we want and wear our clothes. You feel very good. But first, change your diet and stop using weight gain powders, supplements, and products. If you are still not gaining weight in spite of using weight gain supplements and still there is no difference, there could be some reason for this. That reason can be of two types-


Health problems of not gaining weight in the first place, such as some common diseases that do not make us healthy. But those diseases do not allow us to remain healthy like-

- Chronic anemia i.e. lack of blood.

- Worms in the stomach, which in many places in India get worms in the stomach due to not getting the right drinking water.

- By eating food without washing hands.

Many people get it by eating fruits and vegetables without washing them. In most children, the body of children who get worms, their body looks lean but the stomach looks bloated.

TB disease- This disease is also present in many people. People who get this disease never get fat. Always look thin, and their weight does not increase. They always feel tired and they also get a fever at night.

Many people have difficulty digesting food. They have problems with digestion. Due to not digesting food properly, their stomach is always bad, due to which their weight does not increase. Due to increased thyroid hormone in the body and diabetes disease at a young age, many people remain lean. Apart from this, due to diseases like cancer and AIDS, weight does not increase.

Get detected for diseases

Before you change the way you eat and drink and adopt the method of gaining weight. Before that, go to the hospital and get your blood tested, in which anemia, diabetes, TB disease (Tuberculosis) can be detected, and then find the cause of stomach worms or any infection in the stomach or any digestion problem. To find out all this, you should also get a stool test done.

Now, this is what we call healthy weight gain. Our body consists of muscles, bones, and weight that increases the amount of water in the body

Water is must for healthy body 

The hydration of the body i.e. the amount of water should be complete. Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up in the morning and drink at least two and a half liters of water in 24 hours. The amount of protein and carbohydrates in the food should be increased and the amount of fat should be limited 

It is okay to take only protein to build muscles.

Many people say that to build muscle, use only protein. Take a variety of other food supplements

To increase the weight, use balanced food at home. That is the safest and best. One thing should be kept in mind is that you do not have to increase the quantity of your food or else you may have problems with acidity and indigestion.
