The Delhi Government confirmed that 40 deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours, taking the total to 6,396

The recovery rate of COVID patients in Delhi stands at 90.33 per cent. The city recorded recovery of 4,128 patients in the last 24 hours taking the total number of recovered patients till date to 3,34,240. A total of 5,673 new confirmed cases of Coronavirus were reported in the National Capital during the last 24 hours. With this, the total number of COVID cases in the city has reached to 3,70,014.

The Delhi Government confirmed that 40 deaths have been reported in the last 24 hours, taking the total to 6,396. The total number of active cases in the city now stands at 29,378.

In other states, with focussed strategy and proactive as well as calibrated measures of the Union Government along with the States and UTs, India has sustained its global position of being the country with one of the lowest cases per million population and deaths per million population.

While the global figure for cases/million is 5,552, India is recording 5,790. USA, Brazil, France, UK, Russia, and South Africa are reporting much higher numbers.ith focussed strategy and proactive as well as calibrated measures of the Union Government along with the States and UTs, India has sustained its global position of being the country with one of the lowest cases per million population and deaths per million population.
