Commuting long distances daily make you feel tired and exhausted. This is something which is unavoidable for most of the people, but commute time to work or study over one hour, has negative effect on your health.

Eating wrong food is yet another aspect we tend to overlook. This is probably the most prominent and the worst of the reasons for bad health.
