Starbucks is adding a meditation app to its suite of comprehensive benefits and perks for workers to enhance their psychological state, aware of psychological state stigma, and support the psychological state and well-being of its employees.

All U.S. and Canada employees can check in for a free Headspace subscription and have access to many themed sessions and straightforward guided meditations on everything from stress and sleep to focus and anxiety.

The psychological state crisis across us and Canada may be a complex and difficult problem, with one in five adults experiencing mental disease in various forms annually, consistent with National Alliance on mental disease.

In the coming months, Starbucks aims to deliver a reimagined Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that connects more employees to quality care that meets their specific needs, also as dedicated psychological state trainings for U.S. and Canada store managers inspired by psychological state care, a national program to show the talents to reply to the signs of mental disease and substance use.
