Sunrise Oncology Centre to Launch Comprehensive Cancer Care Centre in mumbai. The new center is outfitted with cutting-edge systems and technologies.

Sunrise Oncology Centre, founded in 2017 by Dr. Ashay Karpe, Girish Korde, and Dr. Bharat Bhosale, is set to open its new facility in Borivali West on September 29th, 2022. The center is a comprehensive cancer care provider, meaning that medical oncologists can provide end-to-end holistic cancer care under one roof, including psychological counseling, pain management, genetic counseling, and nutrition management guidance.

Sunrise Oncology Centre, founded in 2017 by Dr.Ashay Karpe, Girish Korde, and Dr.Bharat Bhosale, is set to open its new facility in Borivali West on July 29th, 2022.

The new center will be a comprehensive cancer care provider, providing not only core systemic treatments like chemotherapy and immunotherapy, but also all other aspects required by the patient, such as psychological counseling, nutrition advice, physiotherapy, genetic counseling, pain management, and so on. Experts in medical oncology trained at Tata Hospital and other prestigious institutes in India will provide care at this facility.

According to Prof. (Dr.) Shripad Banavali, Director Academics, Tata Memorial Centre (Guest of Honour), "The team consists of a group of expert doctors who are highly qualified and experienced in various aspects of cancer care. This multidisciplinary approach, when combined with a compassionate attitude, will ensure that the patient and caregiver experiences are prioritized."

The new center is outfitted with cutting-edge systems and technologies. The new center provides systems such as the scalp cooling machine and laminar flow machine, as well as oncology-focused patient management software, to ensure that the best quality treatment is delivered.

According to Padmashri Prof. (Dr.) Rajendra Badwe, Director of the Tata Memorial Centre (Chief Guest), "Cancer care must be approached holistically and comprehensively, ensuring interventions for a patient's physical, emotional, and social well-being. Early detection is critical, and Sunrise Oncology Centre will be able to provide high-quality, comprehensive cancer care to many thanks to its cutting-edge infrastructure and highly experienced oncologists."

The goal of this comprehensive cancer care facility is to bridge existing gaps in India's cancer treatment paradigm, such as access to innovative treatments, treatment delivery centered on value-based care, and prioritizing patient and caregiver experience. The goal is to be the first choice for comprehensive, holistic, international guideline-based cancer care.
