Value-based care startup Vytalize Health brings in $50 million in its Series B funding round led by Enhanced Healthcare Partners. Other participants of the round are Kittyhawk Ventures, Kawn Ventures, North Coast Ventures and others.
The New York-based venture was established by Amer Alnajar, Faris Ghawi, Hasan Bayat, and Omar Elrabiein in 2014. They aim to take care of the doctors who take care of us. They have specialised in Medicare services which allows them to offer a unique solution that is both efficient and effective.
In 2018. They gained an undisclosed number in a Non-equity Assitance round by Dreamit Ventures. In 2020, they gained a seed fund of $5.5 million led by Hudson River Capital Partners. Last year in Jan, they raised $17 million in their Series A round led by KittyHawk Ventures.
Last year in February, Vytalize Health acquired MedPilot. MedPilot had over a million patients and had showcased 97% of patient satisfaction score. Previously this startup had raised $3.5 million from prominent investors, including Hudson River Capital, Wavemaker 360 Health and others.
The company claims that it has partnered with over 280 primary care practices in 15 plus states. Their patient base is witnessing 150% growth year on year. They have over 65,000 Medicare patients and manage around $2 billion in medical spending.
