China incidentally reported no locally transmitted Coronavirus cases for a third day, but the daily count of infections involving travellers arriving from other countries continued is in rise.

This trend shows 41 new confirmed cases of coronavirus infections just on Friday, that brings total imported cases to 269. Beijing tops the chart with 14 new imported cases, Shanghai and six provinces also reeling under the same bout.

This proliferation soars the total number of confirmed cases in mainland China to 81,008, the health authority revealed through a statement issued on Saturday.
