Use of sugar

You can use sugar to get rid of hiccups. Sugar is considered very beneficial in hiccups. was considered the most important of the older treatments. What you have to do is to hold the sugar in your mouth for about 3 seconds and chew slowly after that the sugar has to come out slowly. It is believed that this stops the problem of hiccups and gives you relief. get plenty of rest.

Use of lemon and salt

A mixture of lemon and salt is considered very beneficial to remove hiccups. Grind lemon juice and a pinch of salt and a few mints leaves in lukewarm water and drink it after mixing it, it does two things, your hiccups go away, and secondly, it also gives relief from gas problems. Salt and mint are mostly used to stop hiccups.

Use of Pilli and Mishri

Pilli and sugar candy are both beneficial to stop hiccups. Grinding both pilli and sugar candy and giving its powder to the patient suffering from hiccups gives relief from hiccups, by doing this the hiccups stop.
