Reasons for bleeding gums

Cancer, hormonal imbalance, lack of vitamin C, insufficient vitamin, liver-related chronic disease, improper oral hygiene are some of the common reasons for bleeding gums.

Drink herbal tea - Drink herbal tea to get rid of bad breath. Green tea relieves bad breath, dental cavities, and bacteria.

Clove oil – This powerful ayurvedic oil contains anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and pain-relieving elements. Therefore, using cloves not only provides relief from toothache but also helps in reducing the accumulation of bacteria in the mouth. You will get relief by chewing cloves or keeping cloves soaked in clove oil in your cavity or painful tooth.

Chew fennel - Fennel seeds not only eliminate bad breath but also increase saliva. Saliva contains a composition that kills bacteria, which keeps the mouth environment healthy.

Honey - Honey has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that help kill the bacteria causing bleeding gums. At your fingertips take some raw honey and gently massage your gums. Ensure to apply honey on your gums regularly and see effective results.

Rinse with salt water - Salt is good for its anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties which helps in reducing the swelling and fight the infections that cause bleeding gums. All you need to do is mix warm water with salt and rinse your mouth thoroughly with this solution. Use this solution at least 2-3 times a day.
